we brought the pumpkin home and i got to play with it for a few days before we cut it up

daddy put the face on but i did all the dirty work

this is my costume. i'm supposed to be some purple monster or unicorn or something

i thought this bigfoot costume was perfectly fine.

but i will admit that i do look awesome!

Mommy let me practice being a unicorn in the driveway.

i collected candy at daddy's office

then parker and i went to get some more!

all that work and i didn't even get to eat any candy. AND i still have to brush my teeth! but halloween was fun. this was the longest stretch of time that i have ever been awake - 1pm to 9pm without a nap!

pumpkin patch

daddy and mommy took me to get a pumpkin. it was a long drive so i took a nap on the way up.

there were all kinds of animals. i didn't like them very much . the ducks were ok.

they said i could pick out any pumpkin i wanted. i wanted this one but i couldn't lift it.

so then i found this one, but daddy didn't want to help me carry it either.

then i found this one! it was the best!

and i didn't need anyone to help me carry it.

i also got this one...

...and this one! what a fun day.

Lazy Weekends

I love my weekends. I have so much fun!

But look at that clock!

Come on mommy, it's Saturday! i'm ready to play!

Can you guess why i'm so happy?

Because mommy lets me sit high up in dangerous places where daddy, along with most good parents, wouldn't want me to be!

Daddy likes to keep me close to the ground
where i can read books to him.

And then on Sunday we start all over again.....

Elijah's Birthday

So I went to my cousin Elijah's second birthday a couple weeks ago. I had a good nap on the way up.

We got to Long Beach, and it was sunny. I don't know what I think about the beach yet.

After a brief trip to the ocean, I decided, and made it very clear to daddy that i DON'T LIKE SAND.

Daddy managed to get a photo of the birthday boy before I was over it.
